How Can I Place My Order?

How Long Will It Take to Ship My Order?

Orders are typically shipped within 1-4 business days. For orders within Germany, delivery will take an additional 7 to 12 business days.

My Tracking Number Doesn’t Work

Tracking numbers may take 1-4 days to appear in the courier’s system. Occasionally, orders might get lost by the courier. If your tracking number still doesn’t work after a few days, please contact the carrier.

I Need Help with a Late Order

Orders usually ship within 1-4 business days. For orders in Germany, delivery takes an additional 7 to 12 business days. If your order hasn’t arrived after 10 business days (domestic), please contact our team for assistance.
